Our next troop meeting, Tuesday June 6th, will be our quarterly service project helping at the Food Pantry at Mother of Sorrows.
The Food Bank requires that they know how many volunteers to expect. Please let Mr. Keslar (email@example.com) know if you will not be able to help next week. Mr. Kelly needs to tell the Food Bank by Friday who will be there. If you do not respond, it is expected you will be there.
The Scouting adventure, camping trips, high-adventure excursions, and having fun are important to everyone in Scouting—and so is your safety and well-being. Completing the Annual Health and Medical Record is the first step in making sure you have a great Scouting experience.
It’s that time of year again when the troop needs your updated forms. Nothing may have changed, but these forms are required to be submitted every year.
For those going to Summer Camp or the Summer Trip, parts A, B, and C need to be completed and turned in. For everyone else, sections A & B will need to be completed.
Please complete the form ( http://www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/680-001_ABC.pdf ) and turn it in as soon as possible. If you do not, you will not be able to participate in any troop activities. This includes summer camp and summer trip.
